When I read about the embroidered covers Jillian Tamaki was doing for three Penguin classic books, I died a little bit. They are so incredibly beautiful & perfectly capture the essence of each book. I cannot wait to get my hands on a copy of each!
I do love these. Penguin always has fantastic cover design (particularly their U.K. editions). This sorta gave me a flashback to when I was a bookshop girl, and buyer for the shop. I would have snapped these up, for sure! Also, makes my fingers itch to get back to embroidery....like, when I have some time, in oh, February. <3
